LOWELLVILLE - The game could have ended at halftime as all the scoring was done in the first half, as Youngstown Christian defeated upset-minded Lowellville, 13-7

Youngstown Christian's DreVon Green got the Eagles on the board early, punching in a 1-yard score with less than a minute ticked off the clock.

The Eagles wouldn't score again until 8:33 left in the half, when Darien Townsend caught a 29-yard pass from Emmett Underwood.

Lowellville scored its lone touchdown at the beginning of the second quarter, a 30-yard run by Robert Ciccone.

Underwood led the Eagles (1-0) throwing for 181 yards on 13-of-22 passing.
